Junior Graphic Designer

RKWO is a digital agency in the United Kingdom, providing the UK public sector & businesses with digital solutions that produce high-performing digital outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for aesthetic digital design and typography.

The main role is to design for the web, therefore, any web-related portfolio items are desirable. There are more sub-roles to branch from this job — helping the candidate grow as an all-rounder. Therefore, the ideal candidate must be great at learning on the job.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Design strong websites, helping not only showcase but convert too
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
