Are you a Junior Graphic Designer looking for your next challenge?
We need a Junior Graphic Designer with excellent design skills, and ready to roll up their sleeves supporting the Senior Graphic Designer by serving up supercharged designs and concepts for the PA Media Group brands, along with other ad-hoc requests that come our way.
This person will be able to create and deliver exciting artwork through all techniques of visual communication (digital, print, video) and most importantly, is able to make a valuable impact with their ideas, their personality and their individual style. We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media.
This role will be based in our Paddington office on a hybrid basis. You will report to the Senior Graphic Designer and will be part of a growing team of passionate Marketing professionals.

What you will be doing
Artwork and design all manner of work: brochures, leaflets, digital signage, banners, reports, and presentations, ensuring all work is completed to the highest of standards and on time.- Work with the Senior Graphic Designer and wider marketing team to conceptualise and design new branding concepts for our projects.
- Create sales and internal assets. This includes designing digital and social media assets.
- Collaborate with other members of the creative team and other creatives across the business to share best practice and bring specific areas of expertise to support the overall team.
- Constantly find new ways of re-imagining our marketing designs across the business
- Keep up to date with the latest artwork, design trends, techniques, and software.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to manage workflow. • Create animated assets for our websites, social media, and marketing.
- Support with the print production process from design to finished product.
- The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and a professional approach to industry guidelines, time, and deadlines.
