Job description
I'm working with an established Lincoln agency, who are working with some major businesses in both the corporate and consumer brand world.
They are now looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join their team and work on some exciting print projects. You'll be working in a close-knit team to see projects through from briefs to delivery, with having your own input on every stage - meaning creative concepts are totally embraced and welcomed!
Due to the nature of working in an agency you'll work with a variety of client accounts, meaning you will learn about a diverse range of businesses and sectors. As you progress you'll have the chance to gain exposure to wider design projects, such as digital design and branding.
What we are looking for:
- 1+ years of Design experience
- Portfolio of creative design work which demonstrates clear thinking and ideas
- Solid communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
- An excellent eye for detail
The finer details:
- Hybrid Working: 3 days working from the Lincoln central office (Available after inital probation)
- Salary: Upto £27,000
- Tools: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
