ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking to hire an ambitious Junior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio to join our small, friendly creative team. You will be a key player in helping us create and deliver great work for the MANUAL brand.
Reporting directly into our Creative Director, you will be working on a diverse range of projects across marketing, performance, social and branding, spanning both digital and print.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to challenge themselves in a fast-paced start-up environment. Creating highly conceptual and beautifully designed work in order to help grow the MANUAL brand and business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with and support the creative team by taking designs and artwork from their conception through to completion.Be able to explore and ideate on-brand creative concepts and share back with the team
Join creative meetings, contribute to stakeholder presentations and be part of the creative process
Create and own print artwork templates
Create and own digital artwork templates
You must be able to work independently and collaboratively
Be a brand guardian for the MANUAL brand.
REQUIREMENTS
+1 year of industry experience, in-house or at an agency. This could be internships, placements etc.Strong communication skills (verbally and written) with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud - including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Proficiency in motion software is a bonus - including After Effects.
