Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. We’re looking for a creative graphic designer to help implement our online and offline design requirements. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will focus on supporting our ever-expanding portfolio of stores as well as online graphics to support our E-Commerce team.
The role will include but not limited to;
- Production of digital and print artwork for a range of collateral and documents including brochures, newsletters, graphs, reports, presentations, signage, infographics, email templates and digital assets.
- Designing, implementing and printing store POS and sales promotion material
- Design content for all digital channels including websites, social media, literature and email marketing
- Working on new photography and re-touching images on photoshop where required.
- Preparing and producing artwork ready for print and digital applications.
- Artwork creation, manipulation & output.
- Creation and management of branding guidelines.
· Developing extraordinary quality photographic, video and graphic content across all channels.
- Working with external agencies, printers and other third-parties, as required.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or equivalent experience in design
- Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Photography and image retouching skills a major benefit
- Design, photography, video qualifications or a massive interest and skill level in above
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Strong eye for detail with a passion for creating engaging design & typography.
- Creative problem solver
- Willingness to learn and progress in a career of Graphic Design & Marketing
- Great attitude and fun personality are a MUST!
DESIRABLE
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Website design / Adobe XD
- Basic HTML & CSS coding
- Product Photography Skills
- UX and UI Design
