We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Admin Assistant to join our team (Full training will be provided, no previous experience in this role is required) As a Data Labelling Administrator, your purpose will be to review and correctly label documents via an online user interface. The goal of this is to create high-quality data set to enable the development of training models for an automated document reading system that uses machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques.
Requirements:
- Understand the different types of documents
- Label the documents as per the applicable categories
- Data extract all relevant claim information from the document onto the system where required with heightened attention to detail/accuracy
- Maintain a high standard of quality on work produced to meet both internal and external requirements
- Deliver professional standards of customer service to internal and external customers
- Give insight and feedback on the process to make improvements
- Accuracy / attention to detail
