As one of Dorset’s leading digital marketing agencies, we manage the online marketing for a large number of clients across Dorset, Hampshire and further afield. From web design and build, to search engine marketing, social media to email marketing, PR to media production, we are passionate about delivering the right marketing package for our clients.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Poole. You will be working on a variety of design projects including websites, e-shots, logos, leaflets & brochures, adverts and more. Experience in the digital industry is preferable.
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to create engaging, powerful and unique designs across all media
- Comprehensive knowledge of Photoshop or equivalent web design tools
- Ability to create mock-ups and prototypes quickly and easily
- Keen interest in keeping up to date with emerging design & digital technologies
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Good at prioritising own workload and accustomed to working to deadlines
- A willingness to learn new skills and share existing skills with others
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or related field
- Design qualification
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Creative flair & imagination
