Job Title: Junior Graphic & Apparel Designer
Location: Ibrox Business Park (Office-based)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 + Annual discretionary bonus & Benefits

As Collab Apparel's Junior Graphic & Apparel Designer, you'll join a friendly, flourishing team in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Collab Apparel specialise in crafting bespoke attire, predominantly for the professional sports sector, and as they continue to grow, we're seeking an adaptable, detail-oriented individual to take on a multifaceted and invigorating role within their company.
This role could be a great fit for a recent university graduate with a passion for apparel design/sport, or a Junior Graphic Designer with up to two years’ work experience.

- Apparel product design
- Generating production job sheets
- Developing marketing and promotional designs
- Leading new product innovation
- Aptitude for designing apparel using Adobe Illustrator
- Awareness of contemporary fashion trends
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal capabilities
- Ability to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting stringent deadlines
- Skill in cultivating and sustaining robust professional relationships.
- Dependability, flexibility, and a proactive approach
- A keen eye for precision and detail
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and other CAD software (not obligatory but advantageous)
- A holiday allowance of 28 days per year, inclusive of a two-week shutdown every Christmas
