Job Title: Junior Graphic & Apparel Designer

Location: Ibrox Business Park (Office-based)

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 + Annual discretionary bonus & Benefits

AJ Connect is truly excited to be representing Collab Apparel to appoint a driven and professional Junior Graphic & Apparel Designer.

As Collab Apparel's Junior Graphic & Apparel Designer, you'll join a friendly, flourishing team in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Collab Apparel specialise in crafting bespoke attire, predominantly for the professional sports sector, and as they continue to grow, we're seeking an adaptable, detail-oriented individual to take on a multifaceted and invigorating role within their company.

This role could be a great fit for a recent university graduate with a passion for apparel design/sport, or a Junior Graphic Designer with up to two years’ work experience.

Key tasks and Responsibilities:

The chosen candidate will provide an active and holistic approach to apparel design, which will include:

• Apparel product design
• Generating production job sheets
• Developing marketing and promotional designs
• Leading new product innovation

Skills and Experience required:

• Aptitude for designing apparel using Adobe Illustrator
• Awareness of contemporary fashion trends
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal capabilities
• Ability to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting stringent deadlines
• Skill in cultivating and sustaining robust professional relationships.
• Dependability, flexibility, and a proactive approach
• A keen eye for precision and detail

Desirable Experience:

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and other CAD software (not obligatory but advantageous)
