So their solutions and systems serve an amazing purpose and most certainly help organisations who are trying to tackle fraud - saving their clients a lot of time and stress.. and money!
This a cracking opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst to join this thriving SaaS firm. You will work in a broad role with a very varied remit, work very alongside their x2 Directors and supported heavily from day one.
Firstly, the role is incredibly client-facing and you'll be expected to gather business requirements from their customers alongside proposal writing. This will mean attending various meetings with their portfolio of clients - taking notes and then turning them into process / presentations. You'll also then take requirements back to the software engineering team too and work collaboratively alongside them to create outputs. There might even be a little data/spreadsheet work involved so I'd like you to be comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
As an individual I'm after a Junior Business Analyst of Grad calibre who is sharp and super confident in their approach. You'll have very strong stakeholder management skills and must be client facing, someone respectful who can hold their own in front of customers with good commercial sense!
