VARGO is currently working with a international company who specialise in the automotive industry who are looking to expand their team by hiring a Finance Assistant to continue further developments and success for the company.
- Processing general invoices by coding and inputting into Oracle , as well of Daily processing of RM invoices to place into Oracle AP
- Assist with chasing Aged Debt and with the financial audits
- Able to assist with General filing and Assist with Quarter and Year End
- Resolving invoice queries
- Excellent work ethic with a good attention to detail and Self-motivated and well organised
- Good excel knowledge.
- Minimum of 2 years finance/accounts experience
- Able to work within a small team, under pressure, and to take attention to any detail.
- Bring a positive, professional, and good work ethic approach.
