This role is 32.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm

Job Purpose
Working as part of a fast paced & dedicated finance team you will be responsible for all aspects of general finance administration to support the Assistant Finance Manager in providing an efficient and effective finance function.
Role Responsibilities
Your duties will include all aspects of general finance administration including:
- Assisting the Ledger Clerks on the purchase ledger and overall finance function
- Matching purchase invoices with goods received notes
- Inputting Stock & Non-Stock invoices
- Resolving invoice queries and creating credit requests when required
- Supporting the office with customer inquiries
- Answering phone calls and resolving events queries
- General office duties, filing, photocopying etc.
- Ensuring GDPR policies are adhered to.
- Complete and comply with all training, including health and safety training.
- Ensure that the department is maintained to be safe for team and visitors and to report hazards or unsafe working practices if seen.
Required qualifications & experience
- GCSE Maths & English to C or equivalent.
- IT literate – confident using Microsoft programs such as Outlook and Excel and can learn new programs quickly.
Preferred qualifications & experience
- Previous experience using Sage 200, Corby & Fellas or Cenpac.

Salary: Up to £18,000.00 per year
