We are a well established agency based in London, Singapore and Hong Kong. Today we fully manage well over 3,000 flats in and around London and specialised in new home.
Due to continual growth, we are now recruiting for Junior Sales Negotiator at our Aldgate office.
This is a great opportunity to learn about the property business and be part of an international team. After 6 months as a junior, you should transition into a full sales negotiator position. This is a perfect opportunity to start a career in real estate.
The role will include:
- Register, qualify and manage applicants.
- Arrange, conduct and accompany viewing appointments.
- Accompanied viewings with prospective buyers
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Receive clear target and support to overachieve it
- To deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
- Promoting the company brand professionally and effectively
- Working autonomously and as part of a team
Once probation is successfully passed 6 months as a junior, you will have the opportunity to become a sales negotiator. A car will also be provided along with a mobile phone.
We are looking for an ambitious money-driven candidate. Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality or sales position is a plus along with customer service experience where you had to meet and exceed targets.
Perfect command of English is necessary. Knowledge of the London area is a must-have.
