What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Junior eLearning Designer to join our expanding team. The primary aim of the successful candidate will be to create and deliver eLearning content to our ever-growing client base.

Their responsibilities will include:

  • Working with project teams to create engaging and interactive eLearning projects using Articulate 360.
  • Collaborating with instructional designers and subject matter experts to design and develop effective eLearning materials.
  • Testing and maintaining eLearning content to ensure it is functioning correctly and meets quality standards.
  • Utilising multimedia elements such as audio, video, and animation to enhance the learning experience.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest eLearning trends and technologies.
  • Liaising with clients to distribute content.

What You’ll Need

Essential Requirements / Skills

  • Experience using Articulate 360 eLearning authoring tools.
  • Familiarity with eLearning standards and best practices such as SCORM and AICC.
  • A keen eye with attention to detail in visual composition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accountability for hitting deadlines and a positive attitude.
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • A can-do attitude with the drive to want to progress in the eLearning industry.

Desirable Requirements / Skills

  • Proficient in using Adobe CC software such as Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop.
  • An understanding of Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience in using other eLearning authoring tools such as Evolve or Gomo.
  • Interest in eLearning gamification.
