What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Junior eLearning Designer to join our expanding team. The primary aim of the successful candidate will be to create and deliver eLearning content to our ever-growing client base.
Their responsibilities will include:
- Working with project teams to create engaging and interactive eLearning projects using Articulate 360.
- Collaborating with instructional designers and subject matter experts to design and develop effective eLearning materials.
- Testing and maintaining eLearning content to ensure it is functioning correctly and meets quality standards.
- Utilising multimedia elements such as audio, video, and animation to enhance the learning experience.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest eLearning trends and technologies.
- Liaising with clients to distribute content.
What You’ll Need
Essential Requirements / Skills
- Experience using Articulate 360 eLearning authoring tools.
- Familiarity with eLearning standards and best practices such as SCORM and AICC.
- A keen eye with attention to detail in visual composition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Accountability for hitting deadlines and a positive attitude.
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- A can-do attitude with the drive to want to progress in the eLearning industry.
Desirable Requirements / Skills
- Proficient in using Adobe CC software such as Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop.
- An understanding of Learning Management Systems.
- Experience in using other eLearning authoring tools such as Evolve or Gomo.
- Interest in eLearning gamification.
