A perfect entry level role for anyone looking to start their career in e-commerce, we are looking for someone to assist in developing our e-commerce presence across Amazon, eBay and Shopify. You will be responsible for the day to day activities across all channels, maximising sales opportunities, and maintaining high standards of content quality as well as channel health. You will employ best industry standards to deliver set strategy to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:
· Assist in the day to day running of the ecommerce function, including updates to product pages and catalogue maintenance across Amazon, Shopify, and eBay.
· Create engaging, high-quality content to ensure product listings present excellent standards.
· Request translations for European channels and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner.
· Monitor Account Health, liaise with Amazon Seller Support and support Case Resolution Team with ongoing cases.
· Liaise with Technical Team and request, review and submit all documentation required by Amazon to ensure product and channel compliance.
· Manage product catalogue to ensure all product-related files are up to date and product offering is consistent across all channels.
· Support E-Commerce Managers and Executives in their daily tasks and facilitate project execution leading to completion.
· Assist in executing a robust SEO strategy
· Generate and manage product reviews and monitor ratings.
· Help to create and deliver promotional marketing campaigns.
· Provide reporting on various aspects of ecommerce performance on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis.
Our ideal candidate will:
· Have an overall passion for Amazon and/or Shopify and e-commerce.
· Be able to demonstrate experience of being focused on day-to-day e-commerce channel management (highly desirable, but not necessary).
· Have strong numerical skills.
· Be able to demonstrate high proficiency in data analysis.
· Be a self-starter, proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a passion for achievement and the drive to make things happen.
· Be an effective communicator who can build trusting relationships internally/externally and influence multiple stakeholders.
· Be analytical, have meticulous attention to detail, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving.
· Have the ability to contribute within a team environment.

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
