Title: Marketing Executive
Contract Type: Full Time, 12 Month Fixed Term (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Digital Marketing Executive will allow you to make a real difference and have a huge impact on the groups online presence and delivering measurable digital campaigns which have a direct impact on generating sales.
As part of the marketing and product team you will work closely with the Insight and Data, Product and Campaigns teams, helping to build a fantastic digital web presence and e-commerce platforms, while helping to create, launch, manage and optimise digital campaigns, primarily through social, search and partnership marketing.

What we are looking for:
- A good understanding of digital marketing channels and how we can use them
- Ability to operate effectively within technical and non-technical environments
- Happy to share ideas and solutions including problem solving
- Detail orientated, organised and reliable as well as an out of the box thinker
- A keen passion for the sports and/or travel and events industry
- A great team player, happy to ‘help out’ in areas that ‘aren’t part of my job description’ to grow your experience and opportunities
- Previous experience of delivering digital campaigns and website development in a similar marketing role is desired but not essential
What you’ll be getting involved with:
Digital and E-commerce development
- Your love of all things digital will be key in helping to manage multiple websites to improve customer experience and increase conversion rates
- Content is king. You will assist in our regular digital content management
- You know what works and looks good so will assist with the design and implementation of new website developments
- Work alongside a wide range of internal stakeholders to build e-commerce products
- Oversee media planning and execution across digital channels
- Nothing beats knowledge. You will implement, track and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and channel performance
Product Marketing
- Help identify products to promote for sale
- Work closely with the rest of the Marketing team to ensure consistency through all marketing activity
- Create online campaign plans to drive online traffic to the company website
