Kopa Marketing, a fast-growing online marketing agency based in Wales, is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Manager. Starting as a part-time role with 20 hours per week, this position will transition into a full-time role. The focus of this role will be on managerial responsibilities, overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, managing customer service requests, and co-ordinating with internal teams and freelancers.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Oversight:
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that they meet client requirements and align with our high standards for brand awareness, website traffic, and sales growth
- Oversee the creation and implementation of social media strategies, including platforms like Facebook and Instagram
- Analyse data to continuously assess and improve marketing campaigns; monitor social media metrics
- Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Client & Team Co-ordination:
- Manage customer service requests from both customers and employees.
- Work with internal teams to co-ordinate projects, streamline processes, refine pricing strategies, and align with overall marketing strategy.
- Oversee freelancers in their creation of content and social media posts, ensuring efficient time management and adherence to standards.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Refine and implement our processes, pricing strategies, and overall marketing strategy.
- Drive the company forward through proactive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Aim to grow Kopa Marketing with new clients every month; bonuses will be given when targets are met.
Onboarding & Support:
- Comprehensive training and onboarding will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
- During the initial period, one of the owners will be available to answer any questions and provide guidance as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred; minimum of a B.A. in Marketing or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and social media management required.
- Previous experience with online advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads is considered a bonus. Understanding the intricacies of these platforms and how to leverage them for marketing success would be advantageous to the role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Welsh is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with a team to meet company goals.
