Job description
We're looking for a highly motivated and data driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our Acquisition Marketing team. In this role you will work as part of the team to drive profitable growth by creating, managing and optimising global paid marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities in this role:
- Supporting the acquisition marketing team to develop and execute the acquisition marketing strategy to meet business objectives
- Ownership of one or more acquisition channels, including planning, implementation, campaign creation, optimisation and daily management for campaigns in UK, Germany and other International markets
- Working with the design team to develop best practice creatives
- Conducting daily analysis of performance and optimising to ensure we meet marketing objectives and economics
- Building a strong relationship with the Account Manager for your channel(s)
- Identifying new areas of opportunity and growth to continue testing, learning and innovating
- Setting up and monitoring AB tests to continually improve performance of the ads and the new user journey
- Staying current with best practices and new advances in performance marketing and strategies employed by similar businesses

To be successful in this role you must
- Be a Fluent English speaker
- Be highly numerate and logical - able to interpret results and suggest next steps
- Have interest in and understanding of digital marketing such as PPC, Paid Social and SEO
- Have experience of using Microsoft Excel to view and manipulate data (eg Pivot Tables)
- Have excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritise
- Have a high level of integrity with strong sense of team orientation
Nice to have but not essential
- Fluent in German would be a bonus
- Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Gimp
