Junior Digital Analyst Remote

Please note this role is predominantly working from home but you will be required to work 5-8 days per month from our office in Kemble.

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!
How will you make an impact?
- Using data to inform and inspire action so that the business can make better decisions and fuel new opportunities.
- Developing expertise in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and MicroStrategy, supporting the eCommerce team to conduct analysis to identify issues and opportunities in our website's customer journeys and improve our profitability.
- Working collaboratively to develop and validate new reports and dashboards to enable the Digital Marketing and eCommerce teams to self-serve and raise data issues.
- Assisting the business with answering questions and challenges by providing objective analysis, commentary and recommendations based on data.
Please note this role is 40 hours per week.
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Experience in a Digital Analyst role (or a maths degree with an interest in ecommerce, web analytics and coding)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- A basic understanding of statistics principles, statistical significance and correlation
- Competence in Microsoft Office with knowledge of Excel
- Willingness to learn web analytics software and BI tools such as Google Analytics and MicroStrategy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- A logical and methodical approach to problem solving
