Junior Developer - Entry Level
Position Type: Permanent, 4 day working week (4 day working week for 5 days’ pay!)
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Shepherds Bush), 1 day from home & every Friday is non working day as standard

The role:
Are you a recent graduate seeking an incredible learning opportunity in a fun environment? We are looking for an ambitious junior/entry level developer to join the growing Digital Team. You will be working on Back End to Front End tasks, helping the Senior Developer on all things digital. This role will provide the unique opportunity for a developer to work across all aspects of web development – from server side to front end. You will be part of an ever growing team that is responsible for bringing all of our events to life on the digital stage. We are seeking someone who will relish the idea of being part of a team which lives by the mantra: “don’t be good, be great”.
What you will do:
- Helping the Senior Developer look after, maintain and update all websites across the companies many shows.
- Using a variety of languages to build interesting, responsive web pages.
- Mobile optimisation
- Building concise, reusable code.
- Creating documentation outlining any new processes used.
What you will need:
- Graduate Calibre
- Proficiency in HTML & CSS / SCSS
- Experience with WordPress sites (installing, maintaining and updating necessary plugins)
