Job description
Job Description: Junior Designer & Product Assistant
Acid Running
We’re a fashion-forward and sustainable running apparel brand, who believe that running has the unique ability to transform the body, heal the mind and enrich the soul.
Unlike the big international sportswear brands we believe that running is a lifestyle not just a competitive sport.
Our brand motto is “For the Pursuit of Suffering” - As lifestyle runners ourselves, we know that running isn’t all about PBs and runner’s highs, but actually requires discomfort and resilience.
Launched last year, we’ve become quickly known for our unique aesthetic, cold colour palette, and ultra-soft fabrics.
Now we’re looking for our first hire to join our small team.
The Role
We’re on the hunt for a Junior Graphic Designer who is as obsessed as we are with clothing, brands and culture.
We also need product assistance - we want you to support us on product development, using your graphic design skills, and your eye for luxury clothing.
Don’t worry, we won’t be asking you to design garments on your first day, but we want you involved at every step of the process.
We can’t tell you what your usual working day looks like, because as a one year old startup no day is the same.
The advantage of this is you’ll be exposed to all parts of the business, and learn so much quicker than you would in a traditional environment.
Like any young brand, there’ll be some less exciting jobs as well, and we’ll only hire someone who wants to jump in and get their hands dirty.
