Introducing The Other House
The first TOH location opened in South Kensington in summer of 2022 to great acclaim after significant investment. The Other House Covent Garden is planned to open in 2024 and The Other HouseBelgravia in 2025.. Whilst the initial focus will be on prime central London, the venture will roll-out globally, catering for the aspirational business and leisure traveller.
The Other House forms a new sector in the accommodation space: A Residents’ Club.
Each Resident’s Club blurs the lines between hotels, serviced apartments and private rentals meaning residents can book for a day, week, month, or year. It provides residents a sense of home with beautifully designed club flats, access to hotel style services and a private club for as long as they are in town. The brand will showcase the best in British design with a focus on sustainability and smart technologies at its core The Other House will provide a unique environment for travellers seeking flexibility, style and experiences to remember as we reimagine how people stay.
We’re looking for a Junior Designer, a budding creative with a passion for branding and design to join our growing marketing team. You’ll be responsible for developing creative assets to help drive awareness of The Other House, both externally and internally.

The role in a nutshell:
- Interpret, develop and responding to in house creative briefs.
- Identify new ways to creatively showcase our offerings within our brand guidelines.
- Develop standout creatives within graphic design and video, that differentiate our offering, showcasing design aesthetic reasonings and rationales.
- Present creative ideas (both written and verbal) to internal audiences, with strong communication skills.
- Produce attractive and effective templates, for the production of weekly and monthly marketing collateral.
- Organise and prioritise requests and workloads, as defined by lead creative times and campaigns launch dates.
About you:
- 1–3 years experience in-house or agency as a designer with skills across Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and PPT.
- Great communication skills, with a positive can-do attitude – you’ll be confident at presenting ideas and brainstorming with many different members of the team, as well as external agency suppliers.
- An innovative thinker with the ability to conceptualise ideas that fit the client brief, both aesthetically and functionally.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a natural eye for composition and colour
- Knowledge of Monday.com is desired but not essential.
- You will be required to present a portfolio at the interview.
