Our team deliver industry-leading design across client programmes and company initiatives. They have the ability to deliver creative work with flair across all types of materials including concepts, logo development, material production and artworking when needed, contributing to new business opportunities as well as existing client work. The teams integrate into client service teams to deliver high-standard, innovative solutions that exceed both ours and client expectations.
For the first time our team is hiring a Graduate Junior Designer, giving someone the opportunity to develop their design skills in a fast-paced environment. The individual will be involved in idea generation and concept production. They will support all aspects of the team across visuals, UX, website, motions, logos, production and artwork.
The individual joining in this role will be supported in their learning and exposed to a broad range of design elements, and over time be given the opportunity to specialise into a field of their interest that supports their strengths.
The successful candidate will be supported by their line manager, an onboarding buddy, a mentor and the wider team, as well as by our team in Talent, Learning and Development.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Have a Degree in Graphic Design or a design related subject or in-agency experience
- Support our Design and/or Artwork team and our internal departments to ensure work is created to a high standard and set up correctly for production
- Demonstrate awareness of the design sector, ideas and inspiration gathering to help inform your work and the rest of your team
- Have a strong appetite for sharing new, innovative and industry-leading work
- Possess strong design and typography skills, as well as having an expert eye for composition and layout
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and able to use your initiative with a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A creative flair, originality and flexibility to support multiple projects by drafting and presenting concepts
