Responsibilities
Design
- With support of Senior Designer, turn marketing briefs into effective and engaging assets that can be used across all channels
- Create animations and short videos that can be used across our paid and organic channels
- Design captivating assets for our organic social channels that help us build a community of brand advocates
- Create 4 emails per week that keep our customers engaged and informed
- Design and deliver print ready artwork
Creative
- Be a champion for our visual brand identity, ensuring consistently high quality, on brand creative across all touchpoints
- Support the wider team on brand photoshoots as required
- Conduct insightful, relevant competitor analysis, identifying new design opportunities and presenting back to channel owner/Senior Designer
- Support Senior Designer on creation of shoot plans and packs
Workflow Management
- Communicating on the progress of your work, ensuring you are managing up and down any delays to projects as well as keeping on track of timelines
Expectations
- Graduate degree in Graphic Design, Communication- or Media-Design with one year of professional experience within the field of online media, fashion and/or advertising
- Understanding of the category
- Very good understanding of graphic design and typography (well experienced with Adobe Creative Suite 5, while After Effects are a plus)
- The ability to work precisely under pressure and within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Independent in handling deadlines and managing the workflow
- Contributor to the team environment and a true team player with the ability to communicate and work in an international environment
