We are currently looking for a talented delivery manager to join our Brands Team, this would suit someone with training and learning development experience and someone who enjoys systems and is confident to become an expert in our product onboarding system. You will be training and supporting our Brand partners when they first come on board and on their journey with us. You will be part of a team that works out the best ways to improve processes for bringing in new Brands into our M&S family. You will work as part of an enthusiastic and fast paced team, it is an exciting and interesting place to work come join us on our Brands journey.

This is a brand-facing role and will require you to engage with external Brand partners and internal stakeholders across a wide variety of work streams such as buying & content & imagery teams and technical teams to deliver products into the business to a critical path.

  • You will be working with our innovative product onboarding system. You will be responsible for understanding how our onboarding system works for each of the different operating models we use – be it wholesale, consignment, or dropship.
  • You will be responsible for developing training and training both internal and external teams on all elements of the system as we roll out to circa 200 Brands across our business units.
  • You will work with the technical teams as a subject matter expert to support them on new requirements to move the system forward and ensure that we are developing an industry leading tool. You will support developing user cases and planning user acceptance testing, ensuring that training is kept up to date and all users are trained on any changes.
  • You will plan and manage the flow of Brands onto our onboarding system, aligning with onboarding requirements from the different business units. Ensuring that brands are trained in a timely manner to ensure that we hit the seasonal critical path.
  • This role is best suited to candidates who have a proven track record in developing and delivering training and working with systems. Specific experience working in a retailer and ideally with external Brands would be preferred.
