We are looking to hire a Junior Data QA Analyst to join our Customer Success function. This role is perfect for someone who is driven by impact and wants to work in a mission driven environment.
The team…
As a Junior Data QA Analyst you will be part of our Customer Success team and work on our unique, award-winning people analytics platform, Pirical On Demand. The Customer Success team consists of 8 strong and ambitious team members, including Data Engineers and Implementation Managers. The team has an informal, hard-working, and supportive team culture which allows us to deliver the best results!
Pirical On Demand is a growing product built on cutting edge data engineering technologies and supported by efficient and scalable data pipelines. As a Junior Data QA Analyst in the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for running and maintaining all these pipelines - as well as contributing to building our POD Data Experience vision.
Our team is hybrid. You will be required to be in our London Shoreditch office two days a week.
Learning and Development is an integral part of the culture here at Pirical. We provide regular training sessions and 1:1 mentoring that ensures you are always progressing.
The role...
- Operate our semi-automated data pipelines
- Investigate and resolve issues in our data pipelines
- Work closely with our clients to troubleshoot their data problems
- Maintain and improve existing pipelines to bring more automation and quality checks
- Interact with clients to collect the right data and to gain in-depth understanding of what the data represents
- Interact with our pipeline engineers and implementation managers who are setting up new pipelines and upgrading existing pipelines

- You will have experience working with data, and understand the value it can bring if effectively handled and transformed.
- You have an engineering mindset, enjoy solving problems and implementing future proof solutions
- You have a good eye for detail and feel satisfied when things are tidy and organised.
- You are a team player and want to work in a great team to achieve results of high standards.
- You are passionate about improving processes and delivering good service to others.
- You own and drive your work and are able to balance conflicting priorities
- You have experience working with at least two of: Python, Pandas, SQL and Excel/Google Sheet
- You have some form of client facing experience
