Customer Services Executive
Hybrid working (min of 2 days per month in Cirencester)
Hours – 1:30pm to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Basic up to £26,000 FTE
The GetOnSite system was created in 2015 after Sarah (our Founder) was listening to her husband at dinner one evening as he was describing the day he’d endured on site. He was describing how many hours he’d spent sitting through largely ineffective and time consuming ‘health & safety briefings’, the length of time he had to queue for and the amount of paperwork he had to complete before he could begin work….
That was Sarah’s light bulb moment! “There must be a better way!” (a phrase Sarah often says)… let’s find it!”
And that’s how GetOnSite began. Fast forward and Sarah and the team are working in multiple different industries with a wide range of companies delivering tens of thousands of online inductions within minutes, which is why we are expanding.
We are currently seeking part time customer services team member who will be involved in all areas of customer service. For this role you will be excellent customer service experience and have great organisational skills. Be confident in excel, outlook, different computer platforms and phone work with clients.. We believe in improvement, so being part of the team means being able to suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.
