This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Data Analyst who is keen to learn and develop their skills, while playing a key role in helping to develop Tate’s customer data-led insights capability. This role works within Tate’s Audience Insight team to help drive Tate’s audience & membership strategies, which involves reaching new audiences, building relationships, deepening engagement, maximising revenue, whilst self-guarding and developing our reputation as a world-class art gallery. This role provides an opportunity to really develop and broaden data analyst skills, with the potential to do further formal qualifications in data analysis too.
The Audience Insight function, which includes both data analysis and audience research disciplines, is a core department at Tate providing regular and ad hoc information, as well as providing strategic insight and guidance to inform strategy, decision making and planning across the organisation.
Whilst based within the Audience Division, this team is a central service department that works across the depth and breadth of the organisation. The team works across all four Tate sites (Tate Modern, Tate Britain, Tate Liverpool and Tate St Ives), and has with a broad portfolio of activity including reporting on, analysing and researching gallery visitors, exhibition visitors, digital audiences, members, marketing and eCRM campaigns.
