Junior Data Analyst (Sales Operations)

What we’re looking for?
This is an exciting role which reports into the VP, Sales Operations and is responsible for supporting regional senior sales operations and BI analysts globally. You will be a part of a talented team that strive to support, identify growth opportunities and improve processes across the Global sales and Marketing function.
What will you be doing?
Partner closely with the Senior analysts and BI analyst- Support sales performance review processes including monthly financial, quarterly and annual business reviews, planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis
- Track key performance indicators that drive sales excellence
- Develop expertise about the Argus sales function
- Maintain CRM and sales database
- Maintain an up-to-date view of key client data
- Support Go-To-Market projects
- Support the sales territory planning process
- Increase sales insights by supporting the development of analysis
- Increase sales productivity by identifying process improvement opportunities
- A key liaison with business systems, Marketing and business development
What we’re looking for in you:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance and or similar discipline- Experience in a fast-paced commercial data driven environment
- Relevant experience working and transforming with high volumes of data and data transformation
- Intermediate excel skills, including lookups, sumifs, pivot tables
- Knowledge of CRM and business intelligence tools, exposure to CRM and BI tools would be an advantage
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often changing environment
- Attention to detail
- The individual will be an excellent communicator, be curious as well as an avid problem solver
- Communication skills to detail complex information in an easy-to-understand format
