Job description
Introduction
Our client is looking for Junior Cyber professionals who are looking to develop their skillset within the defence and security industry.
My client are service providers for well known large companies who work heavily with the UK defence and security sector.
You will be required on-site 5 days a week
All candidates must hold an active DV clearance, or be willing and able to undergo the process (hold a British Passport and British nationality)
Skills & experience
- Passionate for Cyber security and willingness to learn processes and procedures
- A degree in cyber security or relevant experience in a cyber security role
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux System admin / Management
- Knowledge of networking and network protection
- Knowledge of Splunk or similar from a user/admin perspective
- Knowledge of designing, developing, and executing system / network monitoring and alerting
- Knowledge of User compliance monitoring
- Working as part of a team with effective technical stakeholder engagement
