The Role

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer feedback through direct customer calls, and surveys
  • Collect and analyze customer data in order to improve customer experience
  • Share the customer feedback with Customer Success Managers and other partner areas
  • Participate and support the project management of customer experience initiatives
  • Continuous collaboration with other areas such as Customer Support, Product. etc.


Requirements

  • 0-1 years experience in SaaS business (CX experience is an advantage)
  • Technical interest and basic understanding of CRM and/or marketing tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer way of thinking and working
  • Fluent English
  • Motivated, who can work independently and in cross-departments as well
