Job Description
As a Junior Creator Coordinator at Frever you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and engaging environment for Frever Content Creators on Discord. You will manage Creators’ daily workflow and provide high-level support to the UK Creator Network. You’ll put your creativity to use by engaging with Frever Creators on their level and implementing new innovative changes to the program.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage UK-based Content Creators on a daily basis.
Proactively present creative ideas, and organise events for the UK community (such as competitions, Discord events, Live sessions etc.)
Moderate daily content and send out feedbacks to Content Creators
Manage the engagement, reply to comments in multiple channels, and support the community by answering any questions they might have.
Provide voiding feedback and suggestions to your management.
Review the performance of each Content Creator on a weekly basis, evaluate weekly stats and suggest improvements.
Expand the Content Creator Program
Keep track of all data on Google Sheets.
Attend weekly Team Meetings.
Create content for Frever App everyday, complete in-app activities, and influence Frever App users by creating engaging content yourself.
Use ClickUp on daily basis, complete all assigned tasks on time.
Work from the office Monday-Friday 10:00 - 18:00 (Central London)
Who you are:
Fluent English speaker
Eligible to work in the UK as self-employed
Passionate about content creation, video gaming and the gaming community itself.
Experienced in moderating and engaging with the online community.
Experienced Social Media user - Discord, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram
Confident, outgoing and like taking own initiatives
Creative and confident in coming up with ideas on how to engage with the community.
Available to travel to Stockholm
Bonus points
It’s a big plus if you have any of the following skills & qualifications, however not a deal-breaker:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Media, Digital Media, Digital Marketing & Communications, Business
1-year experience of working within Social Media, as a Social Media Manager or similar.
Great experience in Canva
