The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Creative, with a passion for social and content creation to join our team in Leicester. Working with household names you will have the opportunity to work with a team of progressive and passionate creatives, honing your current skills and learning new ones to boot.
You will be producing outstanding ideas and executing them beautifully – whether that’s via social-first design and motion or by shooting and editing social-first content. Our onsite photography studio will be at your disposal to create stunning content for a range of social platforms.
This is the perfect role for someone looking to get their foot in the door at their first agency.
Key responsibilities
We are a positive and friendly bunch who work with a can-do attitude. You will need to be self motivated and happy to take on solo responsibilities, whilst also being able to flex and work as a part of a team. We often have many projects running simultaneously and you will need to be able to work on a number of things at once.
You’ll be passionate about producing outstanding creative work, using your brilliant eye for detail. This is an opportunity for someone looking to create a name for themselves, in a role that you can truly make your own.
Rewards
We offer a hybrid working pattern and are currently working two days in the office, one of which is a Wednesday. Due to the nature of this position, it will be highly advantageous to be based in a commutable distance to Leicester.

- Creative ideation and design
- Passion for ever-changing social platforms
- Keeping track of what’s trending/what influencers are doing on social
- Confident in designing with Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on photography and videography skills
- Editing skills in Premiere
- Motion skills in After Effects
- Experience of studio lighting and sound recording a plus
