The is a remote position for a Junior Content Writer & Digital Marketer based in the UK. Within this role, you will have a wide range of responsibilities – including liaising with customers, researching article topics, creating content for websites and social media campaigns, performing SEO activities.
As this is a remote position, you must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. You will be supported and training is provided.
You will have the opportunity to learn how to write high-end SEO content – as well as working on a wide range of projects for leading brands across the UK.
Salary:
The position is for 5-days per week with a wage of £20k per year.

Responsibilities:
- Creating digital content to a high standard in a range of different tones for a variety of communications for existing brands.
- 2nd person checking, copy editing and re-writing content.
- Producing topics and ideas for new content.
- Liaising with colleagues, customers and freelancers.
- Supporting the management of projects.
- Providing support to the team and helping with administration tasks.
Requirements:
- Ideally, you will have a writing-related degree (e.g. Creating Writing, Journalism, English Language)
- Highly literate and articulate in written and verbal communications with a good creative eye.
- Well organised with the ability to juggle several work streams at once and work to tight deadlines.
- A thorough approach and excellent eye for detail in every task undertaken.
- A quick, pragmatic and efficient approach to work.
- Personable with a can-do attitude.
- Good MS Office skills essential (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Location
This is a remote position. However, the team do meet quarterly in areas around Manchester / Lancashire / Yorkshire, so a locations that makes this visit feasible would be preferable.
