We have an international team of 23 based across our HQ in Manchester, UK and in Europe (Skopje). We’re expanding our service fast around the world and we’re now looking for a Junior Content Producer to join our team.
This is a great opportunity that will allow you to work directly with the CMO and spend time with the Founders of a fast-growing company. You will have the opportunity to travel overseas multiple times across the year, and attend motivating offsite events.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and confident person who is keen to learn and develop their skills within videography, content creation and marketing. You must have a go getter attitude with a positive and hard working nature.
About you?
- You have experience working across different social media platforms
- Proven experience in videography and video editing, either through academic projects, professional or personal work.
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or other editing tools) and video codecs/formats
- You must have experience in creating content for online social distribution
- You must have a keen interest in copywriting to create compelling social captions and thumbnails
- You must have an understanding of LinkedIn and a keen interest in learning how to utilise and optimise the platform
- You must have an understanding/keen interest in personal branding
- You must have graphic and design ability with experience on Canva
- Creative person who enjoys thinking outside of the box
Job duties:
- Filming weekly vlogs for both the company & Founders personal brands
- Attending events, offsite meetings with the Founders to capture content
- Consistently looking for opportunities to create interesting content for social distribution
- Story building through content creation, editing, transitions and copywriting
- Edit video footage, audio, and graphics to create compelling and visually appealing videos.
- Responsible for our company socials, keeping aligned with our brand guidelines and brand pillars to create community-focused content that converts
- Improving the visibility and status of the company brand via marketing channels and new strategies with support from your leaders
- Reporting directly to the CMO and working alongside a small marketing team
- Building posts for internal team member's personal brands
- Studying the LinkedIn platform through news, updates, webinars, courses etc.
- Ability to get involved in other marketing tasks such as, writing blogs and other design/ marketing projects
