RMT Have an immediate requirement for 6 x Junior Consultants (commission based) Working in the Hospitality Recruitment sector.

The role
Working remotely with a high degree of autonomy, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients, both independent & group owned restaurants, hotels & pubs. You will manage your own job leads, reporting in to our Sheffield Head-Office.
From lead-generation through candidate search and selection, you will take ownership of the sales & recruitment process in your allocated area. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress to a Senior role, having full responsibility for several existing accounts & qualifying for commission on these in addition to newly generated sales.

RMT supply temporary & permanent staffing solutions to hospitality businesses across the UK. We deal with chef & FOH placements, covering a wide variety of requirements.
About you
You must have a strong background in the hospitality sector & will make use of your existing contacts to source new leads.
Some Sales/Business Development experience would be a distinct advantage, though candidates with a strong hospitality background and the relevant personal attributes will be considered on their own merits. Familiarity with recruitment practices, particularly the provision of temporary workers, would benefit successful applicants greatly. Full training in this aspect of the role, however, will be provided by our industry leading training partner.
