Job description
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic Orthopaedic department which offers experience in the following sub-specialities - revision arthroplasty, spines, shoulder and elbow, foot and ankle, hip and knee surgery and trauma surgery. Both the Regional Plastic Surgery Unit and Duke of Cornwall Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Unit are based at Salisbury and maintain a close liaison with the Orthopaedic department.
We currently have 14 Consultants and you will work closely with a team of five junior trainees at F2/CT level and eight Specialist Registrars. You will be part of the out-of-hours 1:6 on-call rota for Trauma & Orthopaedics and a 1:12 Hospital at Night team.
