Post available to commence working as clinical fellow in Paediatric burns and plastic surgery There is currently no on call commitment with this post. The post does not have educational approval from the Postgraduate Dean but the post holders will have ample teaching and training opportunities. Post available to commence working in Paediatric Burns and Plastic Surgery, most suited for someone wishing to make a transition from core trainee to registrar level. The Children's Hospital is one of the foremost hospitals for children in the country and has developed an international reputation for the care and treatment of children. We are a regional burns unit and accept resus burns up to 40% TBSA. Our Plastic surgery department is well established and we take referrals for conditions such as congenital hand and upper limb anomalies regionally and nationally. Main responsibilities include: Management of paediatric burns and plastic surgery patients, both acute and elective. Working within a multi-disciplinary team Supporting both nursing staff and consultants Taking part in audit and governance. Please see main job description attached for full details
