Junior Client Service Assistant
Nottingham based
Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5.30PM with a 30-minute lunch break.
We are seeking a candidate who is looking to start a career in the live entertainment and ticketing industry.
The role will be focusing on assisting the existing Client Services Managers with their day-to-day tasks and moving from pod to pod, role to role where required.
Whilst you will not have any direct contact with clients you will pick up a wealth of skills using our in-house developed systems and you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of accounts from all areas of our growing business.
You will need to have a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy and have an ability to understand complex tasks whilst constantly thinking of ways to improve or streamline workflow. Drive and enthusiasm are the key factors with this role, and you will be supported by all members of a well-oiled and enthusiastic team.

You will report to the Head of Event Management.
Responsibilities:
· Provide support for client account managers.
· Learn, develop and fine-tune your skills and ability to use our in-house software.
· Liaise with web development departments to create bespoke e-commerce websites.
· Setup and maintain events across all areas of our business with support from the wider team.
Skills/Attributes/Experience:
· Experience in ticketing, venues or box offices is desirable.
· Ability to understand complex tasks and carry them out with accuracy.
· Meticulous eye for detail and accuracy is essential.
· Able to utilise Microsoft office applications alongside the company’s bespoke system.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Can prioritise and organise tasks using a methodical approach.
