We are looking to recruit a Junior Case Management Systems Developer within our Software & Case Management Development team.

The successful candidate will assist the team with the development and maintenance of our business applications.
This is a full-time permanent position based at our Derby office.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining business process workflows using toolkits within the firms PMS and CMS software.
- Creating and maintaining libraries of legal templates and forms.
- Developing user screens and solutions.
- Assisting and training users on how to use internal software systems and support users in the day-to-day use.
- Troubleshooting problems.
- Assisting with database administration.
- Writing and maintaining reports using reporting tools (including MS SQL Server reporting services).
- Creating documentation for the department.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You will:
- Have experience of working with case management or business process automation systems or have experience supporting and maintaining a business application.
- Have a good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Have experience of using a scripting language (e.g. Python, SQL, Powershell).
- Have a good eye for detail.
- Be able to work on your own initiative.
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to work well in a team.
