Junior CAD Technician - Joinery/Shopfitting – Office Based - Nottingham
A leading manufacturer of shopfitting equipment, specialising in the retail and commercial sectors is looking to expand its team by employing a Junior CAD Technician- Joinery/Shopfitting manufacturing company; who will join the office.
Your primary responsibility will be to work on a variety of projects.
· Ideally a knowledge of CAD / AutoCAD to produce working drawings, detailing, elevations etc - however full training will be given to the successful candidate to suit the job position.
· The ability to produce a cutting list - Training can be given.
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Ideal applicant would be a College or school leaver who has used CAD with a general understanding of CAD/AutoCAD. Alternatively you have used CAD in a previous Job role.
· Excellent interpersonal skills as your role will require you to liaise with clients/contractors consultants on a day-to-day basis

What will your role look like?
· This role will involve working on a variety of projects specialising in the retail and commercial sectors
· Other duties include placing orders with suppliers and taking orders from clients and general office duties
