Currently recruiting for a Receptionist with previous experience of the hospitality industry for our busy hotel, situated in Livingston. Working full time, over 7 days, including evenings and weekends.
We are looking for a confident candidate to support and liase with the current management team to proactively manage and run the reception and housekeeping side of our 24 bed hotel.
Candidates should have a good understanding of the hotel sales market, room revenue generation, different booking agents, upselling, maximising room sales etc.
They should have excellent communication and team leadership skills to effectively manage staff, allocate tasks, train, develop, invest and bring out the best in our current team members and proactively be planning ahead and using initiative.
The right candidate should be passionate about delivering the highest of service excellence and be uncompromising about quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £7.00-£11.00 per hour
