Business Analyst – Utilities

The Role
As the successful applicant, you will be part of the Utilities Domain & Consulting team in UK collaborating with internal Wipro team and customer teams consisting of domain experts, customer side Product Owner, Scrum Master, Solution Architect, Data & Integration Architect and Scrum Team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the discovery work - across the client’s estate the Business Analyst will support with the discovery work of their IT & OT (HL) to support an informed decision on its criticality,
- Establish a good understanding of what we believe are ‘critical systems’ whilst influencing and guiding the client on recommended enhancements,
- Support the team in establishing what else is needed to be a CNI Organisation from an IT point of view i.e.

- Strong background in managing discovery programmes,
- Previous experience in IT, Supply Chain and Business Resource management,
- Knowledge of current and upcoming technology (automation, tools and systems) to build efficiencies and effectiveness in own functions,
- Knowledge of new upcoming skills in the market as per the future trends and to demonstrate internally within the consulting team and externally with our customer,
- Previous Business Analyst experience within the Utilities Domain,
- Previous CNI experience is hugely advantageous.
