Fletchers Solicitors Ltd have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst to join our growing Legal Strategy & Transformation team! Location: Southport/Hybrid
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst to support the Legal Strategy & Transformation team to drive Improvement across our growing law firm. The successful candidate will help our business to develop a culture of continuous improvement, as well as supporting the management of projects to deliver improved processes across Fletchers
Fletchers employ over 600 people across our Manchester, Leeds, and Southport offices with plans to expand further through both organic and inorganic means.

We are looking for someone who has an understanding of agile and waterfall ways of working and the differences between them, Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and share information with attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work with all levels of stakeholders, experience of involvement in projects, proficiency with Microsoft Office package including advanced level knowledge of Excel, have an understanding of principles of process mapping and a proactive approach to problem solving this could be the role for you! Some Lean six sigma awareness would be an advantage.

Role Profile:
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the BA Manager to work with Directors and Heads of Department across the business, to build a culture of continuous improvement within Fletchers
- Work with all departments in the firm to identify, capture, and design improvement opportunities
- Support with the management of the continuous improvement pipeline, tracker and forum
- Undertake analysis of business performance to generate ongoing insights for improvement
- Willingness to travel between Manchester and Southport offices as required (will be expensed as required)
Essential Skills and Experience:
