Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Location: Remote

GNC Technology is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team and work on a large-scale data migration project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a proven track record of delivering results in complex and dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:

Gathering and analysing business requirements to identify and prioritise key data migration requirements

Collaborating with stakeholders to understand the impact of data migration on the business and recommending appropriate solutions

Designing and implementing a data migration strategy that meets the needs of the business

Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and completeness through regular monitoring and testing of data migration processes

Identifying and managing risks and issues associated with data migration and developing contingency plans as necessary.

Requirements:

Current SC Clearance – Please do not apply if you do not hold this. You will not be considered for the role without SC.

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data migration

Excellent analytical skills and experience working with large datasets

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Experience working in remote environments and with virtual teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with either Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
