The role and its key responsibilities
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for helping to capture and define quality business requirements assisting the senior BA Team, for client stakeholders as part of a variety of change programs. You will have the chance to learn and demonstrable the ability to work across all levels of stakeholders and third parties within a commercial environment.
As you grow you will potentially be working with multiple clients across multiple large-scale projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills working alongside some of the top professionals enabling you to grow into your role and become the BA you want to be. You will have the opportunity to grow with dig-x, making a name for itself amongst established big named players.
- Work with stakeholders at all levels to analyse both functional and non-functional requirements
- Own the production of excellent business requirements to meet business needs
- Analyse ‘as is’ and propose ‘to be’ processes
- Collaborate with test and development teams to produce the desired business outcome
- Provide an interface between business areas and project teams throughout the change life cycle

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking to senior management

- Able to work well with technical colleagues
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability and inclination to learn new skills as required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
The 'good to haves' for the role
- Experience as a business analyst or similar role
- Business Analysis qualification
- Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodology experience
- An understanding of software change
- Experience of using the following software: Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, Gliffy, MS Office

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
