Job description
A really exciting Business Administrator role has come up at a non-profit organisation to come and assist the friendly team. The role is fully remote, Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-5.30pm. They are looking for somebody to have 2+ years’ experience in a PA or administrative role. They are paying between £28-32k, depending on experience.
The Role:
You will be a great go to in the team and be the PA to the Founding Director. You will ensure the smooth day to day running of their diary and be IT savvy – ideally the candidate will have a passion for international organisation and travel.
Key Duties Include:
- Diary and light travel management
- Board meeting prep and minute taking
- Document preparation
- Finance administration
- Ad hoc projects
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years’ experience within PA and administration
- Must be personable, confident and friendly
- IT savvy and able to think on your feet
Other Information and Job Benefits:
