JUNIOR BI ANALYST – BOURNEMOUTH – £COMPETITVE Bournemouth, England
Job description
A Junior BI Analyst is required to join our successful and busy Delivery Services team, for an office based on-site role in Bournemouth.
The key skills and experience required are in MS SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SQL, Power BI and other tools.
This role offers a salary of £30,000-35,000pa depending on experience.
Monday to Thursday – 8:30 am to 5:15 pm (30 mins lunch)
Friday – 8:30 am to 12:45 pm
The successful candidate will be involved with the maintenance and development of global data warehouse and analysis services models. This position will be integral to future global BI model development initiatives.
- Shared development and maintenance of project solutions.
- Data Warehouse administration and development.
- Dailly data quality checks
- Global PowerBI report building support and training.
- Administrate Security for PowerBI.
- Set-up and manage PowerBI report subscriptions.
- Manage SQL database and SQL backups.
- Month end and year end reports/tasks.
- Continual development of our reporting environment.
- Resolving IT tickets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Personal Specification/Essential Qualities:
- Experience with BI tools
- Experience with MS SQL and SQL tools.
- Some exposure to Active Directory, DHCP / DNS, Windows Server.
- Knowledge of ERP packages like MS Navision and Epicor.
