We are currently looking for a talented Junior Architect to join our client, a leading fitout and refurbishment company specialising in education and workspaces serving London and the surrounding areas from a head office in Colchester.

The Role
In this Junior Architect role, you will be supporting the design team in creating design proposals for clients in both pre-contract and post-contract projects. This will all be done in Revit using pre-built families and Enscape for the rendering/CGIs. You would also work with the Project Consultant and Pre-Contracts team in receiving the brief for new projects that need to be designed and costed.
Key tasks to include…
– Drawing from point clouds
– Floor plans/space planning drawings
– CGIs and renders
– Material/Finishes selection for clients
– Elevation drawings
– Technical drawings including M&E drawings, ceiling plans/layouts, flooring layouts and services plans

– Experience in a Design / Architecture based role
– Previous experience using Revit and ideally familiar with requirements around families
– Excellent communication skills, comfortable working and liaising with clients and colleagues alike
– Fantastic written skills in order to convey a high sense of professionalism to clients
