Job description
The successful candidate will be part of a busy Service Desk which is growing in line with business growth. You will get exposure to Cloud technologies such as Azure, DevOps practices such CI/CD, automation, scripting, and work alongside a fast-paced development team throughout the software development life cycle.
Working for Pharmacy2U as a Junior Application Support Engineer your main responsibility will be to provide support to the first line support engineers and development teams with application support issues and closely monitor key systems reacting to incidents in a pro-active manner.
The incidents could be application errors, infrastructure issues and security incidents. You will work with tools such as New Relic, ELK and Jira to trouble shoot issues alongside getting exposure to Azure.
You will be part of the Service Desk Team who all departments of the business and IT engage with and will require good communication skill both written and verbal.
