Summary: I need an Appointment setters & to leads generated by Facebook & IG ads online. Your mission is to call these leads, collect a deposit & schedule calls into the clients calendar.

As a Warm Call Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for calling leads who have opted in and expressed interest in our services. You should have excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage potential customers and generate leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Making calls to potential clients to promote company products and services
Building and maintaining a list of leads and tracking progress in a CRM system
Scheduling appointments for the sales team and following up with clients to confirm appointments
Handling objections and rejections professionally and efficiently
Providing timely and accurate reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment setting
Adle rejection and objections professionally and persistently
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficient in using a CRM system
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
Familiarity with sales and marketing practices is a plus
Good organizational and time-management skills
